Mailloop 5.0 Video Page

Welcome to the Mailloop Video Page. Please follow the steps outlined below to download and view the videos.

Step 1

Before you do anything else, you need to download and install the decoder for the videos. Click here to download the install file. Once you have it downloaded, double-click on the file to install it. Please be sure to close any media players before installing this file.

Step 2

Now you need to download the videos. You can download them all at once, in sections, or individually. Below you will find links to each of the three choices.

If you want to download all of the videos at once, click the link below. WARNING! This file is approximately 50MB and can take 4 or 5 hours on a dial-up connection. For dial-up, it is recommended to download the videos in parts (see below). To download all of the videos as a single file, CLICK HERE.

The second option is to download the videos in sections. This will allow you to download only the parts you want to view right now and will shorten the amount of time downloading at once. You will see links to each of the sections below. To download one of them, click the link, and save it to a location on your computer (make sure you remember where it is).

NOTE! These videos are compressed into .zip files. You will need a program called WinZip to extract them. WinZip is a free download and you can get it from http://www.winzip.com.

Problems viewing the videos?

Question: I am getting an error "Unable to render video, TSCC decompressor not found"
Solution: See Step 1 to download the video decoder.

Question: The videos seem to be opening in Quicktime, but not working properly.
Solution: Try viewing the videos with the Camtasia Player. You can download it by clicking here (free download).

Question: When I play the videos, they seem squished or unreadable.
Solution: Due to the size of some of the windows in Mailloop, they were recorded fairly wide. Your screen resolution should be at least 800x600. Also, certain programs cannot display to the full size. Try viewing the videos with the Camtasia Player. You can download it by clicking here (free download).
